The start! Right at the beginning, the full variety of the path reveals itself: tranquil, spectacular, romantically wild, scenic and relaxing. Where the Lahn must flow into the Rhine, an exciting hike begins. In Niederlahnstein, it is still very peaceful on the banks of the Rhine and Lahn. Then it becomes spectacular and romantically wild on the partly rope-secured path through the Ruppertsklamm gorge. Pure relaxation and tranquility can be found in magnificent beech forests and at viewpoints high above the Lahn. The stage ends in Bad Ems, interesting historically and in a sophisticated atmosphere.
